2. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only at the sole discretion of Clinoxy Solutions Pvt Ltd in exceptional cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Technical payment failure with confirmed transaction error

In such cases, valid proof must be provided.

3. Refund Request Process

  • Requests must include payment receipt and registered contact details.

4. No Refund Scenarios
