Placement Assistance & HR References

Clinoxy may provide placement assistance in the form of interview references based on student performance, eligibility, and opportunity availability.

Placement assistance means arranging or sharing one interview opportunity with an HR or company, subject to availability.

Selection or rejection is solely the decision of the hiring organization and depends on the candidate’s:

• Communication skills
• Presentation skills
• Technical knowledge
• Professional behaviour during interviews

Student Responsibilities

Once an interview is scheduled or an HR reference is shared, it is the student’s responsibility to:

• Communicate professionally with HR
• Send proper and timely emails
• Attend interviews on time
• Follow up respectfully with the HR for further process

Clinoxy will not be responsible if a student:

• Misses an interview
• Fails to respond to HR communication
• Sends unprofessional emails or messages
• Does not follow interview etiquette

Interview Attendance & Follow-ups

• If a student misses a scheduled interview, Clinoxy is not responsible and is not obligated to arrange another interview.
• However, students who are polite, professional, disciplined, and cooperative with the Clinoxy Placement Team may be considered for another opportunity at the discretion of Clinoxy.

Job Openings & Employment Terms

• Job openings are subject to availability and depend entirely on hiring organizations.

Clinoxy has no control over:

• Salary
• Working hours
• Shift timings
• Project allocation
• Nature of work
• Company policies

Candidates must directly discuss and confirm all employment-related terms with the respective HR or employer after the interview.

Fees & Training Scope

• The fees paid to Clinoxy are 100% towards training services only.
• Fees are not paid for interviews, job placements or offer letters.
• Placement assistance is a support service and not a paid or guaranteed outcome.

Offer Letters

• Clinoxy does not issue offer letters.
• Offer letters are provided only by hiring companies based on their internal selection process.
